Competition Terms & Conditions

Alive to drive competitions are open to all UK residents aged 16 or over, who enter on or before the closing date. No purchase is necessary, although only one entry is allowed per household. Anyone who enters more than once will be excluded from the draw.

All winners will be selected at random. The first name drawn will win the prize and will be notified by telephone or e Mail after the competition closing date. If a runners up prize is on offer, the second name drawn will win the second prize and so on.

If the prizewinner is aged 16 or 17 years old at the closing date, he or she must obtain written permission from a parent or guardian to accept the prize. This must be sent to Chorley Advanced Motorists at the address below before the prize is awarded. If written permission is not received within 28 days of notification of a prize win, Chorley Advanced Motorists reserves the right to offer the prize to another winner who will be selected in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

The competition is promoted by the Alive to Drive road safety initiative on behalf of Chorley Advanced Motorists (The Promoter). If, for any reason beyond the Promoters control, it is not possible to provide the stated prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of similar value. No cash alternative will be offered, no correspondence will be entered into and the Promoters decision is final.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for resultant loss, damage or injury to persons or property as a result of any prize awarded.

The Promoter reserves the right to feature the name, home town and image of competition winners on the Alive to Drive website and in future promotions.

Competition entrants must provide their full name, age & date of birth, full home postal address, daytime telephone number and, if available, an eMail address. All competition entrants details will be held by the Promoter, but not passed on to any other company providing the competition prizes, or to any other third party.
